Refund and Return Policy
Welcome to The Stocking Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy applies to all orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unworn, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products (such as "change of mind").

Method: Returns must be sent by mail.

Return Label: For both defective and non-defective items, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

3. Exchanges
We currently do not accept exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please follow the return process for your original item and place a new order through our website.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
